Beth graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University and attended Baylor Law School. She is now chief executive of Land O’ Lakes. Her children are two and one.

The Cracker Jack apple box. I’ve been eating them for as long as I can remember.
Favorite Restaurant or Bar?
My husband and I always go out for happy hour on Sundays. It’s the best way to spend time with our friends. For dinner, Lone Star Steakhouse in Orlando.
